Wow!  What an awesome opportunity I had today!  I was able to teach the customer service class I have taught to two groups of business people since we have been in Uganda.  But this time to...teachers!!  I knew the concepts were transferable, but I had no idea these teachers would grasp them so easily and so enthusiastically.

The event was a training retreat for the teachers from the four Cornerstone schools, about 40 people total.  Our discussion was centered around The Top Ten World Class Customer Service Rules.  Not only did they make appropriate application of the concepts to their role as teachers, but asked some excellent questions that prompted even more discussion.  I am so blessed to be able to do "what I do" here in Uganda.

The event was held at the Cornerstone Girls School, about an hour from Kampala (without construction and Friday traffic).  I drove, but Jarvis, one of the Cornerstone staff, went with us to navigate.  I was really glad.  I haven't mastered that route yet.

Thanks for your continued prayers and...

Blessings on all who pass this way,
Edd
